Refund & Cancellation
All course fees are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.
The company provides immediate, full access to the entire course upon registration, including all downloadable content, recorded sessions, and the complete program structure. Therefore, all sales are considered final. Before enrolling, you are strongly encouraged to review all program details carefully to ensure the course meets your needs, schedule, and commitment level.
Situations Where No Refund Will Be Granted
Refunds are explicitly denied in the following circumstances:

| Non-Participation | If you fail to attend live sessions, do not engage with the course material, or demonstrate a lack of progress, no refund will be provided. Access is guaranteed; usage is the student’s responsibility. |
| Technical Issues | The program does not offer refunds or extensions for problems arising from the student’s side, such as local internet instability or device failures. |
| Exam Outcomes | Refunds will not be granted based on dissatisfaction with TEF/TCF exam scores, performance, or if the test needs to be rescheduled. |
| Course Transfer/Switch | Courses are non-transferable between individuals or levels. If you enroll in the wrong level, you must contact Frenchclassesteftcf immediately. Once course access has begun, no switches or refunds can be made. |
| Expired Access | No refunds are given for unused time after the course access period or live session duration has ended. Students must purchase a renewal or extension to continue. |
| Exception of urgency | Refunds for the course fee are granted only in cases of unforeseen circumstances, which must be substantiated by the student with appropriate proof submitted upon request within 12 hours of purchase. If approved, the refund will be initiated and credited to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 business days. |
Access Limitations and Penalties
- Course Duration: All online courses and live sessions have a set time limit, as specified. Once this duration expires, students can purchase a renewal package (e.g., 1-month or 2-month access) to continue their studies.
- Early Completion: If a student completes a level and moves to the next one faster than the allocated time, no refund will be issued for the remaining time on the prior level.
- Duplicate Enrollment: If you accidentally enroll in the same course twice, the second payment may be refunded, but only if you submit a written request within 24 hours and have not accessed any content through the second purchase.
- Intellectual Property Violation: Sharing your login credentials with anyone else is strictly forbidden and considered pirating. This will result in the permanent termination of your account with no refund issued.
