Enrollment and Payment

• How to Register: You can enroll in Intensive Programs (A1 to B2, TEF/TCF) by purchasing on the website.
• Installment Plans: If you choose a payment plan for a Combo Package, you must meet the payment deadlines. Failing to do so may result in your access being revoked, your discount being canceled, and you having to pay the full, non-discounted price to continue.
• Registration Fee (Deposit): A registration fee can be paid to reserve your spot, but it is non-refundable. This fee is only valid for one month; if you don’t start the course within that time (and haven’t made a prior arrangement), you will lose the fee.

Course Access, Duration, and Renewal

• Course Access: Your access to the online program begins on the purchase date and typically lasts between 1 and 8 months, depending on your chosen level and package.
• Renewal: Once your access period ends, it will not be automatically extended. You must pay an additional fee to renew your access.
• B2 Programs: These are primarily focused on exam preparation, so they have less pre-recorded online content, with most learning happening in the live sessions.

Live Session Guidelines

• Attendance: You are expected to attend all weekly live sessions as per the fixed and non-negotiable schedule.
• Missed Sessions: Live sessions will not be individually rescheduled if you miss them.
• Recordings: Recordings are not a replacement for attending class. They are provided only upon prior request and for a limited time. If you are frequently absent, Frenchclassesteftcf may withhold the recordings.
• Schedule Changes: Tutors and session timings are subject to change due to curriculum updates or availability. You will be notified of any changes in advance.
• Level Progression: When you advance to the next level, any remaining live session time from your previous level will immediately expire.

Student Conduct and Intellectual Property

• Sharing Content is Forbidden: Sharing your login details, course materials, or session recordings is strictly prohibited.
• Consequences of Sharing: Unauthorized access from multiple devices, sharing content with non-students, other institutions, or for personal/financial gain is a violation of intellectual property. Such actions will result in a permanent account ban and no refund, and may lead to legal action.
• Code of Conduct: You must maintain a respectful and professional attitude toward instructors and other students. Any form of misconduct, abuse, harassment, or discrimination may lead to your temporary or permanent removal from the program without a refund.

Updates, Pricing, and Assessments

• Program Updates: Course content and duration may change due to curriculum updates; you will be notified ahead of time.
• No Refund Policy: All payments and fees are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable, including the mandatory non-refundable Registration Fee. Classes/ Courses are non-transferable.
• Pricing: Program pricing is subject to change based on syllabus updates, added features, or new curriculum. Always check the latest course description before enrolling.
• Assessment Grading: For B1 and B2 programs, written work, tests, and speaking tasks will be discussed during the live classes. 
• Tutor Absence: If a tutor is unavailable, the session will either be canceled, rescheduled, or replaced with an assigned homework/self-practice task for that day.
• External Materials: Frenchclassesteftcf recommends third-party books (like Practice Makes Perfect or Cosmopolite series), but they do not own or hold the copyright for these external resources.

Webinars and Workshops

• Special Offers: Any discounts or special offers announced during webinars or workshops are only valid for attendees and must be redeemed within the specified deadline. An extension can only be granted if you personally contact Ms.Shivani before the offer expires.

Final Agreement
